Ron Busby

President & CEO, U.S. Black Chambers, Inc.


Mr. Busby is a successful former business owner. He grew his first company, USA Superclean, from $150,000 in annualized revenue, to more than $15 million in 10 years. Early in his career, USA Superclean was recognized as the largest Black-owned janitorial firm in the country. Mr. Busby has also started and grown two other janitorial firms, both resulting in more than $4 million in annualized revenue.


Currently, Mr. Busby serves on the Pfizer Small Business Council, National Newspapers Publishers Association Foundation Board of Directors, and the White House African American Leadership Council. Formerly, he served on the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Council on Underserved Communities.

Mr. Busby is a native of Oakland, CA, and a graduate of both Florida A&M (B.A., Marketing and Economics) and Clark Atlanta University (MBA, Marketing). He has two sons and lives in the Washington, D.C. area.

Frank Knapp Jr.

President & CEO, SC Small Business Chamber of Commerce


Mr. Knapp co-founded the SC Small Business Chamber of Commerce in 2000. He serves as the president and CEO of the 5,000+ member advocacy organization that has taken a leadership role in making South Carolina more small business friendly in areas such as taxation, regulation, worker training, Workers Compensation Insurance, utility costs, health insurance, energy/conservation and economic development.

Mr. Knapp is also the president of The Knapp Agency, a full-service advertising/public relations firm he founded in 1991 in Columbia, SC.


Mr. Knapp holds a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Anne Zimmerman, CPA

Ms. Zimmerman is the founder and owner of Zimmerman & Co CPAs Inc., a public accounting firm with offices in Cincinnati and Cleveland. Since the mid-1980s, she has provided financial and tax services to small businesses and individuals and acts as the offsite CFO for many businesses. Ms. Zimmerman has also co-founded and sold a number of businesses, including a large IT cloud company in 2017.

Ms. Zimmerman serves as treasurer on the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as a member of  the Small Business Majority Advisory Council, and as the pro-bono director of services for many non-profit entities.

Ms. Zimmerman earned her CPA designation in 1986, being awarded The Elijah Watt Sells Award for achieving one of the highest CPA exam scores in the country. With degrees in both business management and accounting from the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University, respectively, she is a member of many professional accounting organizations.
